A dreamscape (of the office), just under the meniscus of sleep – a weird zone of possibility and horror. Blue satin curtains riddled with perverted latex appendages are blown softly by a pedestal fan, lit by the video’s eerie blue light – it’s like being inside a film set, or inside someone’s unconscious. Maybe it feels relaxing, maybe it’s too intimate. The room expands and contracts with the performer's recorded groans as they lie in recumbency. Things are not okay, yet everything is fine.
